In Hildesheim, I taught at the Municipal Music School 

from the beginning of my studies in 1974 until 1981. 

Additionally, from 1976 to 1981, I had a teaching assignment at 

the former Pedagogical University (now University).

At the music school, I designed and implemented a new combination of group and individual lessons along with ensemble playing for 

children and adults. 

I served as the specialist leader for the wind instrument section and Early Music. From the outset, I worked on project-oriented approaches and 

was actively present in the city with my students. 

I maintain my connection with the music school through activities such as jury work, training sessions, and projects like RIN (Recorder International Niedersachsen). 

At the university, I educated students majoring in the recorder in the field of Polyesthetic Education (now Cultural Pedagogy).
