ERPS European Recorder Players Society
In 2000, before the current possibilities of social media, I founded the
ERPS (European Recorder Players Society) e.V.
because I felt the need for international networking among
artistic recorder players, recorder makers, specialized publishers, etc.
From 2000 to 2006, I served as the president of ERPS.
Together with colleagues such as Gerd Lünenburger, Rahel Stoellger, Justus Willberg, Annette Padberg, Bärbel Hanslik, Manfredo Zimmermann, and others, we conceptualized a web-based platform for exchange.
Biennials with different focuses in various European countries
provided forums for personal encounters.
