RIN Recorder International Niedersachsen is a new international meeting for recorder players and took place for the first time in 2012 in Hildesheim. The International Recorder Competition Niedersachsen is a highly ranking competition for players from 17-25 and had a huge resonance in 2012. RIN is taking place every two years at interesting places in lower saxony in cooperation with music schools: 2014 in Wolfenbüttel, 2016 in Leer/Emden.
